Mississippi’s very own Mia Davinchy is giving us a taste of who she is & what she’s bringing to the game in her latest project entitled “Missing in Action”. Growing up with a gospel influence & later falling in love with R&B and Hip-Hop some of Mia’s musical influences include Nicki Minaj, Missy Elliot, Lil Kim, Rihanna, and many others which can be seen in her sense of fashion and music .
“I’ve always been involved in music, whether it was for church or musicals at my school. It's in my blood. Its therapeutic for me. I enjoy putting my feelings in my music because I know a lot of women can relate. I can showcase my emotions as well as — being a boss bitch”
That “boss bitch” attitude can def be seen on songs like “Da Vinci” & “Rich” off Mia’s recent project.
“This project showcases versatility. Before I dropped this project, I would only drop singles here and there, but people wanted a body of work from me. Every song is a different vibe” she explains.
For the remainder of 2020 Mia says you can expect her to be working on her next project which will include a few big features as well as more music videos. In addition she also will be tapping more into fashion & lastly acting.
